HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES INCLUDE:

RECRUITMENT:
  • Staffing needs and projections
  • Developing and posting of job descriptions
  • Compensation analysis
  • Sourcing resumes, pre-screening applicants, coordinating completion of employment applications and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating offer details and preparing employment agreements for staff and physicians, and developing and preparing agreements for independent contractors
  • Initiating background checks and 9-panel drug screens
  • Running Office of Inspector General (OIG) exclusion checks
ONBOARDING:
  • Scheduling new hire orientation, providing schedule and first day instructions and sharing employee handbook (to include tracking receipt and review)
  • Ensuring completion of key forms, such as I-9 (within 3 days of hire) and federal and state tax forms
  • Benefits administration and enrollment
  • Deploying compliance trainings
  • Setting up new hires for direct deposit
  • Coordinating with IT for equipment setup
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & TRAINING:
  • Processing and distribution support for payroll and payroll tax-related statements and documents, including completion of K-1, W-2 and 1099 forms
  • Processing of expense accounts for employees, including IRS compliance and related services
  • Administration of physician and employee bonus plans
  • Supply chain management, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, compliance and related technology
  • Recommendations related to the acquisition of medical equipment, instruments, medical fixtures, office equipment, telephones, computers, office furniture and other supplies
  • Assistance in selecting an appropriate GPO relationship
GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES:
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Management of human resources information system (HRIS), including set up and training, full cycle payroll processing/reporting and providing key metrics such as turnover rates
  • Organizational consultation and guidance related to change management, succession and business continuity planning and more
